- you will take responsibility for our location in Košice – currently for around 15 employees, with an upward trend
- you will take care of the concerns and further development of all teams at the location, in particular the IT operations team with professional and managerial responsibility
- you will ensure a positive team culture, assist with recruiting, and support the onboarding and development of new employees
- you will contribute your experience in establishing and developing locations or subsidiaries to actively shape strategy and business planning on site
- you will communicate confidently in German and English with various stakeholders: from management and HR to authorities and external service provider
You achieve this through...
- a higher vocational education in computer science / business informatics / business administration or a comparable education
- several years of management experience in the IT environment, in IT service operations, SAP consulting, or in a comparable environment
- organizational talent in coordinating day-to-day business, office organization, and material procurement
- a structured approach to reporting, documentation, and compliance with legal requirements and administrative framework conditions
- willingness to travel and be present – whether in the office on site or flexibly from your home office
