We are looking for a:

Branch Manager (m/w/d) in Kosice

Do you want to shape, lead and still be technically hands-on?
Then you've come to the right place. In this role, you can expect an exciting mix of technology and leadership - 50% operational IT work, 50% strategic site responsibility. You will work in an international environment with close cooperation across national borders, further develop our location in Košice and actively shape our team culture on site. 

 

With your knowledge...

 

  • you work hands-on in IT projects or in the SAP consulting environment - depending on where your technical focus lies
  • you take responsibility for day-to-day operations: troubleshooting, system support, rollouts and customer requirements
  • you lead our team professionally, act as a technical role model and support day-to-day collaboration
  • you organize the operational processes at the location and coordinate with HR, payroll/tax consulting and office topics
  • you create a strong site culture through onboarding, team events and regular presence
  • you develop the location strategically and keep in touch with the head office at eye level

 
You achieve this through...

 

  • a higher vocational education in computer science / business informatics / business administration or a comparable education
  • several years of professional experience in IT operations or SAP consulting - ideally combined with initial management experience
  • a high technical affinity and the desire to stay close to operations even in a managerial role
  • Strong communication skills, team orientation and a confident manner
  • Self-organization, a sense of responsibility and a willingness to take on administrative tasks
  • Willingness to travel and very good written and spoken German (C1 - C2) and English skills
