We are looking for a:

IT System Operator (m/f/d) in Kosice

With your knowledge...

 

  • you take care of the monitoring and reporting of our customers' infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, SAP and other critical systems.
  • you keep a constant eye on the operating systems, databases, SAP systems in all their operational and security-related aspects
  • you ensure that ticket support runs smoothly and thus guarantee the operational readiness of our customers.
  • you carry out an analysis and initial assessment of security alerts and support the implementation of initial mitigation measures.
  • ensure the timely escalation of complex technical queries to the relevant departments.
  • In addition to ITSM event management, you will also be responsible for proactive maintenance work, including the review and improvement of security measures.

 

You will achieve this by...

 

  • a university degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
  • basic knowledge and initial experience in infrastructure monitoring, particularly in the areas of security, infrastructure monitoring and SAP security.
  • initial knowledge of encryption technologies, firewalls, threat intelligence, vulnerability management and other security solutions and systems.
  • Application of a systematic and results-oriented methodology, with a focus on customer centricity.
  • Proof of flexibility and a very good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
