IT System Operator with SAP Basis Focus (m/f/d) in Košice

Are you ready to ensure the stability of modern IT and SAP system landscapes?

 

With your knowledge...

 

  • you monitor IT and SAP system landscapes of our customers – from servers, networks, and databases to SAP systems
  • you regularly monitor and analyze system messages, logs and performance indicators, taking proactive measures to ensure system stability  
  • you will process incoming incidents and service requests and ensure system availability for our customers
  • you will carry out patches, updates, and upgrades for our customers landscapes
  • you will work closely with our cross-country SAP and infrastructure teams to efficiently resolve technical issues

 

You will achieve this through...

 

  • several years of practical experience in monitoring, SAP system monitoring, or IT operations
  • good knowledge of operating systems and databases
  • a degree or training in IT or an equivalent qualification
  • very good English skills, both written and spoken, as well as good German skills
  • strong communication skills, team spirit and a willingness to learn new technologies
