Service Manager (m/w/d) in Kosice

With your knowledge...

 

  • you will support and look after our operating customers as their main contact person
  • you are responsible for operational projects
  • you conduct service meetings, receive and coordinate service extensions
  • plan maintenance work, monitor and report SLAs and continuously check service quality
  • you work on certifications (SAP Hosting, ISAE 3402, ISO 27001) and continuously develop ITSM processes further

 
You achieve this through...

 

  • a higher vocational education in computer science / business informatics / business administration or a comparable education
  • several years of experience as a Service Manager with in-depth knowledge of ITIL and a high affinity for operational aspects in the ICT environment
  • a high degree of independence as well as a solution-oriented and diplomatic way of thinking
  • Assertiveness and a pronounced willingness to provide service
  • Willingness to travel and very good written and spoken German (C1 - C2) and English skills
